The Trans-Morocco-Trail website is a great resource with regularly updated routes and gps coordinates. The Trail itself is 3250km from the Mediterranean to Atlantic via the Atlas mountains and Sahara.

This fantastic book by Chris Scott. covers over 10,000km from the High Atlas to the Mauritanian border, Morocco Overland features detailed GPS off-road routes for 4WDs, motorcycles, campervans and mountain bikes as well as scenic byways suitable for any vehicle.
